A Vegan Driving a Hummer vs. Omnivore driving a Prius: The Writing's on the Wall

Check out the photo above. I took this photo on March 15, 2014, just before I gave a talk at UC Berkeley for their Activists at the Table conference. This was on the stall wall of a bathroom. Perfect timing. I won’t analyze too much. Instead , I will leave it up to you to read and comment.

  1. I had to search for it, but found the statement. Definitely interesting and come thing that contradicts what I bet most people would think!

  2. I know at least one white vegan who thinks doing anything else to help the ecosystem besides going vegan is a waste of effort when one can simply go vegan (which to this person includes believing there’s no good reason for anyone else to not go vegan) instead.

  3. You access much more interesting bathrooms than I’ve ever been in. I would probably faint should I ever see the word speciesism on a bathroom wall, much less vegan. 🙂
